Myth: The Only Way to Treat Depression Is by Taking Antidepressants

I can add and say psychotherapy / CBT / REBT can be tried even by those not suffering from Depression or other serious mental ailments. For personality development, for those with foggy thoughts, with unmanaged anger, lacking concentration,loosing focus,those who become extra extra showy and spend huge amounts to show or those who panic even when they have to spend on necessities etc etc can also try psychotherapy. And of course those who are suffering from depression and start being hyper/ hasty/suspicious/ or extra talkative or are careless about health and wonder away from their responsibilities all need psychotherapy along with medicines. ........Alok
